Report bugs through the configured support route and do not use them for gain.
Keep chat, Discord, and support interactions respectful and enforceable.
Do not present yourself as staff, support, or an official representative.
Shared accounts create support and security risk. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Appeals, bug reports, and support requests should go through the configured Discord or support route once published. Include the account name, issue summary, and relevant evidence.
